About Me
Moirah Thomas is a senior fashion design student at the University of North Texas in Denton. After three years of college classes, three months of interning at APNY and one month of fittings at David’s Bridal, she has gained vital knowledge and experience from all these sources. Such as, how to pattern make both on the computer and paper, sew, create a tech pack, research personas, alter garments to individual bodies, and customer connection. She also has worked well with others and presented a student collaborative sustainable garment at the GlobalMind conference to successful entrepreneurs. Moriah is passionate about sustainable efforts, joy in clothing, and customized clothing for an individual’s fit and style.
Moriah has a profound love for the color yellow and black coffee, enjoys adventuring out in nature to marvel at Gods awesome creation, favorite movie genre is comedy, strangely enjoys running, and most importantly, she strives to put God above all else, Psalms 63:3.
